Future Leaders Playbook is an empowering guide crafted by Imani Muhammad, a dedicated community organizer and educator, aimed at dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline through culturally affirming, youth-led initiatives. 

This playbook equips young people—especially Black, Brown, and Indigenous youth—with essential tools for leadership, resilience, and holistic well-being, emphasizing the transformative power of sports and cultural identity. Designed for youth and their families, it serves as a foundation for embracing values, fostering community, and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
